Rally to mark the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion

On February 24, 2026, a rally in support of Ukraine took place on Ljubljana City Square.

Our association sincerely thanks all Ukrainians, as well as our Slovenian, German, Czech, and Polish friends who were with us today. On this day, more than ever, we felt the support of Europe and especially the country that has given us shelter—Slovenia!

On the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, your presence is an important source of support and a true demonstration of the power of unity. This is what enables us to continue fighting for freedom and independence.

The battle continues, we are strong, we are fighting — and we will win!

Thank you to everyone who made a donation — we raised almost €1,000, which we will transfer to the Slovenian Caritas branch to purchase generators for Ukraine.

Special thanks for the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Slovenia and personally to Ambassador Petro Beshta, our friends from Slovensko-ukrajinsko kulturno društvo Ljubljana Kyjiv, Mladi forum SD, and we also thank Ljubljana, Slovenia, and all Slovenians for their solidarity and open hearts.

We also thank the Ukrainian choir "Derevo Voly" for giving us a sense of home.
